Bulk – fill composites are light cured resin composites that can be placed in layers of 4-5mm in depth. These materials are mostly indicated for class I and II posterior restorations. The main positive features are low shrinkage stress, sufficient radiopacity, higher resistance against chewing strengths at posterior area. Placement of Bulk Fill materials to the cavity is much easier when compared with the traditional composites. These composites are divided into two types : low viscosity (being fluid) and high viscosity (condesable). Low visccosity type can be use especially at the cavities thet can be difficult to reach.
